There is every reason to keep a sense of community and to learn with others in a digital space. This can be achieved with a number of tools. Those of you using Blackboard, would benefit greatly when given access to a Group.

Groups in Blackboard is a tool that gives you access to other tools to connect and work with peers. You can initiate meetings, have presenter status and share documents, feedback and keep connected to others doing the same course.

It will be down to your tutor or lecturer to create groups. But once they are available, do not miss the chance to experiment and explore the many ways in which you can stay in touch and on task.
